Good hotel, spacious room, just right for me!

The restaurant staff, concierge, and bellmen were exceptional helpful, welcoming and warm.

I stayed at this hotel in the new business district of Santiago because it was chosen as a group hotel from an upcoming cruise to Antarctica. The hotel is very modern, and the local area seems clean and safe. I booked two extra nights before the "group night" to be sure I had a place to stay for my early arrival after required COVID testing at the airport. My room was spacious and comfortable and had a nice view of modern architecture in the area. The cost was very good for the quality. I ate one meal at the hotel and enjoyed it. Desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just next door to a GenoSUR lab where you can get testing for your return flight if necessary. There is also a quick mart which is mostly snacks and drinks but also had coffee, juice, muffins, a few sandwiches, etc. No fresh food. There are other nice restaurants and a Starbucks nearby.
