The pool on the 19th floor was excellent and enjoyed great views. The concierge was very professional and recommended some great restaurants and winery visits. Overall staff was very professional and very friendly

I stayed at this hotel in the new business district of Santiago because it was chosen as a group hotel from an upcoming cruise to Antarctica. The hotel is very modern, and the local area seems clean and safe. I booked two extra nights before the "group night" to be sure I had a place to stay for my early arrival after required COVID testing at the airport. My room was spacious and comfortable and had a nice view of modern architecture in the area. The cost was very good for the quality. I ate one meal at the hotel and enjoyed it. Desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just next door to a GenoSUR lab where you can get testing for your return flight if necessary. There is also a quick mart which is mostly snacks and drinks but also had coffee, juice, muffins, a few sandwiches, etc. No fresh food. There are other nice restaurants and a Starbucks nearby.

We loved the whole breakfast experience, the staff was so friendly that It made us feel super welcome, plus very yummy pastries

Very comfortable, excellent location, great breakfast. We didn’t use the pool or gym so cannot comment on that. Rooms were quiet, spacious, clean.
